Nations FC has secured a move-up to the BetPawa Premier League 2023/24 season after a well-deserved win over WAFA SC in the Access Bank Ghana Division One League.

Gariba Aboubakari’s hat-trick ensured a stunning 3-2 comeback win over the former Ghana Premier League team, WAFA, on Saturday afternoon at the Dr Kwame Kyei Sports Complex in Abrankese, Kumasi.

The team, run by the two sons of Dr Kwame Kyei, become the second side to qualify for the BetPawa Premier League after Dr Randy Abbey’s Kpando Hearts of Lions.
