MAX ENTERTAINMENT: I might pursue a career in law – Shatta Wale declares

Date:

Reggae/dancehall musician Shatta Wale has expressed interest in reading law to gain broader knowledge on legal matters.

According to him, his greatest regret in life was not following his aspiration to become a legal practitioner.

Speaking in a BBC interview, the self-acclaimed dancehall king stated that he would accrue enough resources to back this long-standing aspiration in order to be called to the bar.

“My biggest regret in life is that I didn’t become a lawyer. I might pursue a career in law when I accumulate enough resources,” he declared.

The “On God” hitmaker admitted music was paying him and has won several accolades as a musician; however, his original aspiration was to become a legal practitioner.

“I acknowledge my achievements as a musician, but my original aspiration was to become a lawyer,” he added.
