The Phobians defeated their Accra Great Olympics 1-0 at the University of Ghana Stadium on the night of Friday, September 5, 2025.
Former Na God midfielder Kwasi Asmah, who eventually won the MVP award, smashed the ball past Great Olympics goalkeeper Attiso in the 70th minute to hand Hearts of Oak a deserved victory.
The Wonder Club, Great Olympics, matched the Hearts of Oak throughout the first half, making it difficult to be penetrated.
