GPL Wk18: Legon Cities score late to deny Hearts of Oak a win

Legon Cities struck late in their clash with Hearts of Oak to earn a point.

The game played at the El Wak Sports Stadium saw Hearts take a deserve early lead.

A corner was floated in by Sulley Muntari and it was met beautifully by Isaac Mensah who made no mistake than to hit the back of the net.

Hearts taking the lead in the 11th minute saw them create more chances but were unable to add to their tally.

Hearts dominated the game but it was Legon Cities that had the last laugh.

In the dying embers of the game Dennis Korsah failed to clear his lines and was robbed by Osman Amadu who’s shot went straight past Richard Attah to make it 1-1.

Hearts could not find the winner and the match ended in a draw.
