In the ongoing Ghana Premier League (GPL) season, Ashantigold SC upset Great Olympics in Accra on Saturday, April 23, 2022, after battling to a 1-0 win over the Dade Boys.
In a game played at the Accra Sports Stadium, the Ashantigold SC club from Obuasi faced their matchday 26 opponent in the Ghanaian top-flight league campaign.
Despite the fact that both Ashantigold SC and Great Olympics played some excellent football in the first half, neither team was able to score as the attackers squandered numerous opportunities in both areas of the field.
