Gelson Fernandes, who is in charge of the FIFA delegation to the GFA Elective Congress, is adamant that Ghana has what it takes to win the World Cup.
Ghana was eliminated in back-to-back games in the 2014 and 2022 editions and hasn’t since been able to go past the group stage after coming so close to reaching the semifinals in 2010.
Fernandes, however, thinks the Black Stars West African football team has a chance to win the World Cup.
