Gabon head coach Thierry Mouyouma has named a 26-man squad for his side’s 2026 FIFA World Cup playoff with Nigeria.
Mouyouma unveiled the squad at a press conference in Libreville on Thursday, with big names like Pierre- Emerick Aubameyang, Mario Lemina, and Dennis Bouanga leading the squad.
Bouanga is Gabon’s leading scorer in the qualifiers with eight goals, while experienced striker Aubameyang has contributed seven goals.
The Panthers will take on the Super Eagles in the semi-final of the playoffs at the El Barid Stadium, Rabat, on Thursday, November 13.
The West Africans are looking to qualify for the World Cup for the first time.
