Kojo Kinn, a musician who doubles as an Entrepreneur has condemned critics of Akosua Serwah Fosuh, widow of highlife legendary Daddy Lumba for fighting for her rights.

According to him, there’s nothing wrong with the legal suits the wife had filed over time for her right to be protected by the law.

Speaking in an interview on the Max Morning Show in Accra on Monday with host, Franky 5, the musician advised the public to shun the emotions they attached to the ongoing dispute in court.

‎”People are making it look like it is wrong for her to fight for the properties. It is her right that she is fighting for. They don’t pay attention to the widowhood issue raised by the wife. If you want to talk about the properties, then good, you can go ahead and say it, but it’s not a crime. Because she suffered and toiled with her husband for that,” he stated.

Kojo Kinn maintained that Akosua Serwah had every right to fight in court till the desired outcome was achieved.

‎”Legally it is her right. As a wife, she has every right to fight tirelessly to achieve the desired outcome until there is nothing to battle in court for,” he added.
