Dr. Frank Amoakohene is set to become one of the youngest ministers in the history of Ghana following approval by the Parliament of Ghana.
Amoakohene, 40, a medical doctor by profession, will be the next Ashanti Regional minister, succeeding Simon Osei-Mensah.
D. Edward Omane Boamah (Minister of Defence), Tia Ibrahim (North East Region), Emmanuel Armah-Kofi Buah (Ministry of Lands and Natural Resources), and Akamugri Atanga Donatus (Upper East Region) have all been approved.
All those approved would be sworn in in the coming days by the President of Ghana, His Excellency John Dramani Mahama.
