A professional IP consultant and a lecturer from the University of Winneba, Dr Benjamin Oduro Arhin Jnr. Known as Bnoskka, he has charged the children of the late highlife legend Ebo Taylor to tap into the network their father had built in Europe to organise shows in preserving and honouring his legacy.
According to him, the children of Ebo Taylor were part of their father’s band and could continue his legacy with much ease.
Speaking in a Zoom interview with Max Morning Show on Monday, Bnoskka explained that Ebo Taylor had contributed a lot to the industry and had advanced his works to meet international standards.
He stated that Ebo Taylor’s children could bring all his musical plugs together and tour Europe with the music.
”They should ensure they make new records based on the way he writes his music because he had very unique harmonic progressions and unique melodic writing styles. The guitar patterns he used are very interesting. They are all learning platforms for them to learn as a model of composition for their song,” he added.
Bnoskka also charged them to upload the songs of their father on all digital streaming platforms to preserve his legacy, whilst tapping into new funding models to make money from their father’s sweat.
