Alexander Adjei has been crowned the 2024 Afcon Beach Soccer Goal King which just ended in Hurghada, Egypt.
The 30-year-old Ghanaian forward scored 11 goals and provided 3 assists as the Black Sharks of Ghana ended their Afcon campaign in fifth position, two places above their last participation and just outside the medal zone.
Adjei, who plays for Accra based Sea Sharks beach soccer club, is the only Ghanaian to win two Goal King awards at the Afcon tournaments.
The player also won the prize in the 2015 edition hosted by Seychelles with 16 goals.
