The former striker for Kumasi Asante Kotoko, Frank Mbella Etouga, has charged his teammates to take responsibility for the current ordeal at the club.
The Porcupine Warriors have gone seven games without registering a single win in the Ghana Premier League.
Mbella’s former side is currently seated 11th in the league standings, and the fans are extremely disappointed in the team’s despicable performances.
In an interview monitored by max.com.gh, the Cameroonian stated he’s well aware of the club’s unfortunate position and urged the playing body to take responsibility.
“I have been monitoring what is happening in Kotoko, even though I am not there, but I still follow the club every week when they play, and I can see that they are going through a difficult situation, but I want to encourage my former teammates to take responsibility and make things better.”
Frank Mbella is currently on loan at El Gouna from Al-Masry, signing for the Egyptian after a stellar season with Asante Kotoko.
