Ghana Black Queens head coach Kim Lars Björkegren has lauded the Black Princesses for their excellent performance on Wednesday.
The Black Princesses of Ghana are in Poland competing at the ongoing FIFA U20 Women’s World Cup.
The Princesses recovered from a stuttering start into the tournament with an impressive 3-1 win against South Korea.
The match, watched by some members of the Ghana Football Association (GFA), including Kim Lars, saw the Princesses kept hope alive.
Speaking to 3sports following the game, he was impressed by what he witnessed and believes a number of them may be moved up to the Black Queens.
“Many really good players here. I’m happy that they bounced back today. They had a rough first game, but today they performed so well and were completely dominant.’
“We will see. There are three, four, maybe a potential five players that will be there [in the Black Queens setup] sooner or later at least.”
