Undoubtedly, the player of the Ghana Premier League for the 2025/26 season, Salim Adams, has expressed readiness for a Black Stars of Ghana call-up.

The former Hearts of Oak player joined Medeama SC in September 2025 in a bid for a career rejuvenation, whose result is clearly evident of an upward trajectory.

With his highest-scoring, best-performing season so far in his career, fans have often wondered why Medeama’s star has not received a call-up to the Black Stars.

Speaking after starring with a brace against Bibiani Gold Stars on Sunday, May 3, 2026, Adams admitted he is ever ready for the Black Stars of Ghana.

“Everything depends on the coach. As for me, I am always ready. I simply have to keep working hard. When my time comes, I’ll be called.”
