With two months to the 2026 FIFA World Cup, the Green Falcons of Saudi Arabia have brutally sacked French head coach Hervé Renard.

According to information from RMC Sport, the Savoyard tactician was informed this Friday by the Saudi Federation that he had been dismissed with immediate effect.

Renard was a target for Ghana following the recent dismissal of Otto Addo after an abysmal run with the Black Stars.

He qualified Saudi Arabia for the global fiesta for the second time in his second stint.
