According To reports, the Coronavirus case count of Ghana has risen to 2,169 with 229 and a death toll of 18.
The new Coronavirus cases were updated by the Ghana Health Service (GHS) on May 2, 2020.
The new Coronavirus case update means that Ghana has recorded 95 additional cases of COVID-19 since April 28, when the case count was at 2074.
The latest update comes from the results of 3,552 samples that were tested by the various testing centers across Ghana.
18 more people have recovered since the last update.
Regional breakdown
The Greater Accra region remains the area with the highest number of confirmed cases followed by the Ashanti Region and the Eastern Region.
