The President of Ghana, John Dramani Mahama, has moved swiftly to appoint Justina Nelson as the acting Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the Minerals Income and Investment Fund (MIIF).
This follows the revocation of Edward Nana Yaw Koranteng as CEO of the MIIF on Tuesday, January 14, 2025, after he was appointed by former President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo.
President Mahama has wasted no time in making strategic changes to offices in government. One such is the appointment of Ms. Nelson, a Group Head at Zenith Bank Ghana.
Well versed in Corporate and Commercial Law, and with over 20 years of experience, her appointment was confirmed in an official letter signed by the Spokesperson to the President, Felix Ofosu Kwakye.
