WAFU ZONE B U-17 GIRLS CUP:Ghana Paired with Benin and Burkina Faso

Ghana’s U-17 Women’s team, the Black Maidens, have been drawn into Group A alongside Benin and Burkina Faso for the WAFU Zone B U17 Girls Cup.

This draw took place at the WAFU B headquarters in Cote D’Ivoire. The Black Maidens are looking to make a comeback after a few years of inactivity and use this tournament as a preparatory ground for the 2025 FIFA U-17 World Cup Qualifiers.

Here’s how the groups shape up:

The team has been preparing with a five-week camp in Bibiani, sponsored by Asante Gold Corporation.
