Yusif Bassigi, who is also the head coach of the Black Princesses of Ghana, has resigned as head coach of the champions of the 2023-24 Malta Guinness Women’s Premier League, Hasaacas Ladies, to join Tanzanian giants Simba Queens.
Bassigi has been extremely instrumental to the success throughout his 21-year stay with the “Doooo” Ladies.
Replacing the 52-year-old experienced gaffer would be a tough task for the Ghanaian champions as he moves to Tanzania.
Simba Queens are reigning champions of the 2023-24 Serengeti Lite W-Premier League after JKT Queens ended their three-year reign as champions in the 2022-23 season.
