MAX ENTERTAINMENT: Sister Derby shares painful love story

Date:

Singer Sister Derby has solemnly pledged not to engage in any romantic relationship with men after consistently being dumped by them.

According to her, she gives her all while dating, but no one remains loyal to her.

Sharing the sad story of her love life, the “Amapiano” hitmaker said she always goes the extra mile to invest in the relationship, not only with money but also with her emotions, yet things always turn sour.

“Whenever I am in a relationship, I go all out for the person. I always put the people I love ahead of my needs. When I am in a relationship, I invest all my energy and resources, which ends up draining me and slowing me down. I get turned off when I realize the affection is only one-sided,” she cried.

Moving forward, the beautiful singer said she would now concentrate on her physical and emotional wellbeing as well as her music to entertain fans.

After a highly demanding relationship with rapper Medikal hit the rocks, she stayed low for a while till things heated up in November 2021, when she introduced one David to the world as her new partner.

Their relationship was thought to be growing when the couple shared lovey-dovey pictures of themselves on social media during this year’s Valentine’s Day.

Despite the initial excitement, the “Uncle Obama” singer and David eventually parted ways; reasons for their separation remain undisclosed.

The two former lovers, interestingly, have erased memories of their special moments by deleting pictures of themselves on their respective social media handles.
