Black Stars defender Daniel Amartey’s name has been mentioned in AC Milan’s search for a new defender.
According to Italian online news outlet, IlRomanista.it, the Ghanaian international has been identified by the club’s Sporting Director, Paolo Maldini, to be suitable for the club.
The Leicester City defender’s contract is set to expire in two and will become a free agent. Daniel Amartey has made over 100 appearances in the Premier League and was part of the historic Foxes side that won the league title.
Daniel Amartey managed only 20 Premier League appearances in the just-ended 2022/23 English Premier League season.
