Gyakie Releases A New Song Right After Her “Something” Hit Song.

Date:

On Friday 1st of July, Jackie Acheampong, daughter of legendary Ghanaian Highlife musician Nana Acheampong, popularly known as Gyakie released her new song titled My Baby.

The song comes on the back of a newly released song, “Something” which is making trends everywhere and it seems a strategy for a new album release.

She’s won awards like the Emerging Woman of the Year and Breakthrough Act of the year at the 3Music Awards, 2021. She has also won awards at the Vodafone Ghana Music Awards for Album of the Year and the International Collaboration of the Year, all in 2022.

The sensational singer has had collaborations with both African and international artists. Currently, there’s a lot of chatter around that She’s going to be the only female to attain relevance for a longer period of time in the Ghana Music Industry.

With the pace at which she is running, there may just be little or no doubts in that regard.
