We are not in a hurry to win the league title – Hearts coach Samuel Boadu

Date:

The Phobians have gone on a 6-game unbeaten run and moved 3rd on the league stanza following back to back wins over WAFA and Aduana Stars – scoring 6 goals and conceding none.

Despite overcoming Aduana Stars at the Accra Sports Stadium in Sunday’s late kick off Boadu insisted that his side is not in a rush to win the league title.

“We are not in a rush to win the league title,” he told reporters.

The 2004 CAF Confederation Cup winners have not won the Ghana Premier League title since 2009 and fans are eager to see the club back on the pinnacle of Ghana football.

Hearts, who are also one-time winners of the CAF Champions League and Super Cup, have won the Ghana Premier League title 20 times.
