Highlife singer Ofori Amponsah has charged the partners of his late mentor, Daddy Lumba, to find a peaceful resolution in order to make the legend sleep perfectly in peace.
According to him, the dispute that has rocked the well-acclaimed legend’s death and funeral arrangements is a sad development and must be resolved with an immediate action.
Mr All 4 Real expressed his sadness when he was reacting to the dispute in a recent media interview.
“It is so sad. I think he foresaw what is happening now. I don’t like what is happening now. I think we should let this man rest in peace. I think there should be a peace pipe for everyone to come together and then see how he rests before we talk about any other issues,” he said.
Ofori Amponsah’s comment followed the consistent legal suit presented to court by Akosua Serwah Fosuh, the wife of Daddy Lumba whose interlocutory injunction to halt her husband’s funeral from being held on December 6, 2025 was dismissed.
Her lawyer subsequently filed another petition claiming Daddy Lumba and Akosua Serwah were German citizens and per the German posthumous law, the wife has sole responsibility over the funeral arrangements of her husband.
Another oath by Daddy Lumba’s sister had also taken centre stage amidst the endless suits against the Fosuh family.
