Africa’s leading pay-TV provider, StarTimes, has officially acquired the exclusive broadcast rights to the FIFA Club World Cup 2025, promising football fans across Sub-Saharan Africa full access to all 63 matches live in HD.

The highly anticipated global football tournament is scheduled to kick off from Saturday, June 14 to Sunday, July 13, 2025, in the United States. This year’s edition marks the first-ever expanded 32-team format, featuring champions from the last four seasons of each continental confederation.

Among the 12 European powerhouses confirmed are Manchester City, defending champions Real Madrid, Chelsea, Bayern Munich, Paris Saint-Germain, Inter Milan, and Porto.

On the African front, fans will rally behind four continental champions: Al Ahly, Espérance de Tunis, Wydad Athletic Club, and Mamelodi Sundowns, all aiming to etch their names in history on the global stage.

Adding star power to the tournament, Lionel Messi’s Inter Miami is also set to participate, heightening anticipation for a summer of unforgettable football.
