Semenyo Hits 3rd Goal for City

Date:

Antoine Semenyo scored his eleventh goal of the 2025-26 Premier League season in Manchester City’s 2-0 win on Saturday.

The Ghanaian striker’s goal was his third since joining the Premier League champions in January 2026 from Bournemouth.

Omar Marmoush got the ball rolling for the Sky Blues with his first Premier League goal of the season, as Marc Guehi made his debut since signing from Crystal Palace two days ago.

The hosts doubled their lead on the stroke of half-time to effectively seal the points when Bernardo Silva fizzed a pass into the feet of Semenyo, who converted a cool finish from the edge of the area – and he also rattled the crossbar in the second half.

Semenyo has now registered 11 goals in his past 17 home games.
