ROYAL VISIT: Nii Teiko Tsuru II Urges Unity Among Ga Chiefs

Date:

The Ga Mantse, Nii Teiko Tsuru II, has issued a clarion call for unity among chiefs within the Ga State, emphasizing its pivotal role in fostering development.

Stressing the imperative of collective purpose, he highlighted that only through unity can the Ga State realize its full potential within Ghana.

In support of this vision, Otumfuo Osei Tutu II urged all Ga chiefs to stand behind Nii Teiko Tsuru II, facilitating his efforts to advance the development agenda of the Ga State. His Majesty also demonstrated his commitment by donating GHC500,000.00 to the Ga Education Fund, underscoring the importance of education in uplifting underprivileged Ga children.

Additionally, the Ga Mantse urged his fellow chiefs to heed the counsel of the Asantehene, emphasizing the significance of collaboration in achieving developmental objectives for the Ga State. Nii Teiko Tsuru II further extended his call for peace as Ghana approaches the December 7 presidential and parliamentary elections, asserting that the nation’s collective welfare should prevail above all.

In his closing remarks, he invoked divine blessings upon the Asantehene and expressed gratitude for the generous donation aimed at supporting education initiatives for less privileged Ga children. Addressing chiefs from La, Nungua, Teshie, Osu, and beyond, he reiterated the imperative of unity, emphasizing a common interest in the prosperity of the Ga State.
