Aboubakar Ouattara has taken well to the decision of Accra Hearts of Oak to appoint Mas-Ud Didi Dramani as head coach of the club.
Kwame Opare Addo, the communication director of the club, affirmed Ouattara’s stance to Didi Dramani, replacing him as head coach on Max FM’s Sports Pack show.
The well-versed Mr Opare Addo refuted viral reports and audio of the Ivorian gaffer expressing his disappointment in the club’s hierarchy for appointing Dramani without informing him.
“He was misinterpreted… He is okay with it,” Mr Opare Addo stated when quizzed about Ouattara’s comments on Pure FM this week.
The Rainbow Club proceeded to name Ouattara Special Advisor to the Board — a role that many perceive as a consolation to the former Asec Mimosa coach.
