NATIONS FC 2-1 ADUANA: Nations record fifth straight win

Date:

Nations FC move up to fourth place following a fifth consecutive win against league leaders Aduana FC at the Dr Kwame Kyei Sports Complex in Abrankese on Saturday.

Barimah Baah and Nafiu Sulemana goals proved enough for Nations FC to claim all three points.

Nations remained resolute but unfortunately for them conceded a late consolation goal in added time.

The victory extends Nations’ incredible resurgence, as they had been sunk in the bottom half of the table and had a poor start to the season.

On the other side, Aduana continued their current bad run of play with their fifth straight loss.

They are still at the top of the table, but Nsoatreman, who play struggling Karela United on Sunday, might possibly cut into their lead..
