#MaxTransferNews: Konadu is going nowhere! Nsoatreman GM responds

Date:

The general manager of the 2023–24 MTN FA Cup winners, Nsoatreman FC, Eric Alagidede, has refuted reports of the departure of the club’s coach, Maxwell Konadu.

In reports circulating on Monday, July 1, 2024, it was stated that the former Black Stars assistant coach had put in his resignation for a move to the South African side, Black Leopard.

Since assuming the role of head coach of the Bono side in 2023, the club has undergone a massive transformation, leading to their triumph in the biggest competition in Ghana, the FA Cup, and a fourth-place finish in the 2023–24 Ghana Premier League.

Alagidede, after being contacted for a response to the rumors by GhanaSportsNews.com, refuted such reports, stating that the once-Black Stars head coach candidate was targeting CAF Confederation exploits with the team.
