We begin tonight’s episode at the Cardinal mansion where an emotional Isagani goes through his mother’s pictures and things with Don Roman telling his story with Soledad and flashbacks are shown.
Don Roman tells Isagani he’s glad they’ve a chance to make up for it now (father and son hug each other)
At the Kitchen, Lucas tells Sita maybe that’s the reason he feels at ease with Isagani since he always wanted him to be his brother and now it turns out to be true.
Don Roman ask Isagani to come leave in the mansion and asked him to call him Dad and he gladly agrees calling him Dad for the first time.
Isagani tells Bert and Irma about what he found out and they asked if he’ll live in the mansion but he doesn’t want to however they encourage him to go live with his father if he requests for it so they make up for loss time and to make the decision that will make him happy.
At the Silverio’s, Matteo rudely talks to his dad and Dulce. Menandro tells him he shouldn’t vent his anger on his family just because the Cardinal’s beat him and that Ramon must be out of the moon now since he’s reunited with his long lost son Isagani Esperanza surprising them all. Matteo reiterates it that he will never recognize Ramon as his father neither will he ever accept Isagani as his brother.
Isagani continues to think about the truth and how the ring brought out the truth regarding his identity as he cries about the death of his mom.
Conner angrily vents his anger on a punching bag telling Pilar that this place is becoming small for he and Isagani and who would’ve thought he’s also a Cardinal and now he has another rival fighting for the throne of the Cardinal’s,he gets angry at Pilar for not telling him the truth about Soledad because he would’ve done something to stop Isagani from knowing he’s also a Cardinal.
Pilar teases him that Isagani is better than him as he hurts her warning her not to compare him to Isagani.
Matteo meets up with Conner telling him he taught he was dependable but thanks to him Isagani found out he’s a Cardinal and it’s gonna be difficult to get hold of Roman’s fortune since he favors Lucas and Isagani asking what role he plays, Conner reminds him they’re just Ramons bastard sons but Isagani is different since Soledad is his mother and she’s the only woman Roman loved and married. He tells Matteo they need to get along or they will loss everything.
(Father son Moments), Don Roman takes Isagani for a walk telling him about his memories with Soledad and how one tragedy destroyed everything in a second and Isagani asked if it’s possible his mom could still be alive and Don Roman said he searched all over for her but always believe they were alive and he won’t waste this opportunity to be a good father to him and all his brothers.
Sita thinks carefully about what happened years ago suspecting Alba as the main Culprit behind Soledad’s accidental death.
Alba meets up with Menandro who tells him Ramon and Soledad’s son is still alive with Alba saying it’s not possible and Menandro asked why she’s so certain they’re dead and Alba fumbles saying it’s impossible and she feels sick as she quickly leaves with Pilar spying on them.
Pilar confronts a restless Alba asking what she’s hiding and who her new ally is since he looks rich like Roman, she asked what her secret is teasing her and Alba ask her to mind her business.
Don Roman tells Sita he feels like retiring since he knows his sons are capable of running Cardinal distillery. Conner overhears their conversation. He tells her he wants to make it up to all his sons and if there’s one thing he wants to leave them it won’t be money because it won’t last forever but it will be love for his entire family and everyone and no one can take that away from them.
Alba is still nervous upon reaching home having flashbacks of what she did years ago to Soledad asking if her son did survive then could she have survived too saying that’s impossible and she’s dead smashing her mirror repeatedly that she’s dead and must be dead.
Pilar goes to see Menandro at the shooting range trying to flirt with him. They introduce themselves with Menandro saying Matteo is his son.
Conner goes to see Matteo, he tells Matteo Roman is retiring and stepping down as the Ceo of Cardinal distillery and it’s the chance they’ve been waiting for so they must plan how to get hold of Romans power and money. Matteo said they need to get rid of their rivals aiming for the throne(Isagani and Lucas).
Back to Pilar, She tells Menandro Matteo and her son share the same father and Roman is the father of both their children it must be destiny but Menandro tells her he doesn’t believe in destiny but a person can succeed when he gets the right connections and Pilar says she has a feeling they will both get along.
Conner tells Matteo they need to act now or they’ll loss for sure since Isagani is the legal heir to the Cardinal fortune and also Roman’s favorite. Matteo said he’s sure Roman will leave Cardinal distillery to him as the new CEO and president of the entire company with Conner saying Lucas will also take Joaquin’s position as the Vice President of Cardinal and that’s what they can’t allow to happen since they both the same it’s about time they get what’s theirs with Matteo saying he thinks it’s time to start embarrassing himself as a Cardinal since it’s the only way to level the play ground, it’s the two of them against Isagani and Lucas.
We ended tonight’s episode with Matto going to see Don Roman at the mansion
