LIVE on Max TV: Brentford’s Gtech Community Stadium to Host Unity Cup

Date:

Brentford’s Gtech Community Stadium will come alive live on Max TV this May as it hosts the highly anticipated return of the Unity Cup, a revival of the legendary Afro-Caribbean football tournament last played in 2004.

This year’s Unity Cup will feature Ghana, Nigeria, Jamaica, and Trinidad and Tobago, with all matches broadcast live on Max TV from Brentford’s iconic home ground.

The tournament kicks off on Tuesday, 27 May, with Jamaica taking on Trinidad and Tobago in the opening semi-final. Fans can expect fireworks as Brentford defender Ethan Pinnock lines up for Jamaica, while Trinidad and Tobago will be guided by their head coach Dwight Yorke, the legendary Manchester United striker.

On Wednesday, 28 May, it’s a clash of West African giants as Ghana faces Nigeria, two-time Unity Cup champions, in the second semi-final—also live on Max TV.

The tournament wraps up on Saturday, 31 May, with a third-place playoff and a thrilling final that will crown the 2025 Unity Cup champion.

Don’t miss a moment—tune in live on Max TV for every goal, tackle, and celebration from the Unity Cup at Brentford’s Gtech Community Stadium.
