Rockstar Kuami Eugene has dismissed claims that he has exited Lynx Entertainment, the label that groomed his talent and brought him into the industry.
According to him, there is no iota of truth to those rumors and urged the public to discard the information.
Speaking in a recent media interview, the talented songwriter indicated that his label and he had not brought out any information pertaining to his exit for some people to cook up stories in their attempt to end his contract with his label boss, Richie Mensah.
“People are so impatient on social media. If there was an official exit like everyone is talking about, I’ve not put anything out, Lynx has not put anything out, and people are just trying to end our contact for us.
“At the end of the day, if we are close to the level where we feel like ‘okay, Kuami is no longer with Lynx and he is done’, we will put it out for everyone to know,” he said.
The “Fate” hitmaker maintained that his contract with Lynx was not over and he was still under his record label, stressing that he was even doing a project with his label at the moment.
“What I am trying to say is that Lynx and I are still working. I just sent a song to Richie two days ago on a project he is working on, and he needs me to do one or two things for him, so we are so cool, and if I happen to leave there, we will put it out,” he added.
The exit rumors of Ghana’s rockstar sparked when he released his new song “Belinda” with his artwork promoting his Rockstar Records.
