Kotoko SC Announces New Appointments

Asante Kotoko Sporting Club is pleased to announce the appointment of several qualified professionals to key roles within the club’s structure.

The new appointments are part of the club’s ongoing effort to strengthen its administrative and sporting roles and to ensure sustained success both on and off the field.

  1. Charles Kweku Hammond – Marketing and Brands Manager ; We welcome Charles Kweku Hammond as the club’s new Marketing and Brands Manager. Hammond brings with him a wealth of knowledge in marketing and brand strategy. He holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration and a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing. His extensive experience in brand management, customer engagement, and market development will play a crucial role in enhancing the visibility and reputation of Asante Kotoko SC across all media platforms.
  2. Onyina Asenso – Corporate and External Affairs Manager: Also joining the administrative team is Mr. Onyina Asenso, who has been appointed as the Corporate and External Affairs Manager. Asenso, who has previously worked with Legon Cities Football Club, holds an MA in Public Administration, Governance, and Leadership from the Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration (GIMPA). In this capacity, Mr. Asenso will manage relationships with corporate partners, stakeholders, and external entities, aiming to foster stronger collaboration and growth for the club.
  3. Christopher Demanya – Director of OperationsAsante Kotoko SC is further strengthening its operations with the appointment of Christopher Demanya as Director of Operations. The former NCC chairman will ensure the smooth coordination across all departments and supporting strategic decision-making processes. His leadership skills will be essential in ensuring that the club’s operations are as efficient and effective as possible.
  4. Emmanuel Akwasi Kusi – Assistant Coach, Youth Team Finally, Emmanuel Akwasi Kusi has been appointed as the Assistant Coach for the Youth Team. Kusi brings a strong passion for developing young talent and will work closely with the youth team to ensure that Asante Kotoko continues to nurture the next generation of football stars. His experience in coaching and youth development makes him an excellent fit for the role.
