England captain Harry Kane came through the opening night victory against Croatia unscathed despite heavy strapping on his leg.
Kane scored twice as the Three Lions won 4-2 in Dallas and played the full 90 minutes.
The sight of strapping may have provoked worry among supporters, but the striker is thought to have just suffered cramp.
Central midfielder Declan Rice also confirmed that he will be available for the second group fixture against Ghana in Boston next week.
Rice had appeared to have been limping when substituted in the 72nd minute, replaced by Morgan Rogers.
