The U23 team of Japan humiliated the Black Meteors of Japan by beating them 6-0 in an international friendly game.
Japan used this game as part of preparation towards the Olympic games in July.
The Japan got off the mark early in the game when a shot from Kubo was parried into the path of Doan Ritsu who made it 1-0.
The second goal followed soon and this time Kubo Takefusa was at the end of it.
They made it 3-0 in the first half when Frank Assinki put the ball in his own net.
Soma Yuki made it 4-0 to Japan before halftime.
After the recess Coach Paa Kwesi Fabin made a host of changes and that had some form of impact.
But the Japanese were still hungry for more goals and Ueda Ayase scored to make it 5-0.
