Ghanaian music sensation and Infinix brand ambassador, Black Sherif, has been nominated for Best International Act at the 2025 BET Awards, marking a major milestone in his music career.
The “Kwaku the Traveller” hitmaker will compete against global stars including Tyla (South Africa), Rema and Ayra Starr (Nigeria), Any Gabrielly and Luanna (Brazil), Basky and Ezra Collective (UK), Uncle Waffles (Swaziland), Joé Dwèt Filé and SDM (France).
This marks Black Sherif’s first BET Awards nomination, although he made history by winning a BET Hip Hop Award in 2023. He now joins a distinguished list of Ghanaian nominees including Sarkodie, Stonebwoy, Kojo Antwi, Kwesi Arthur, R2Bees, Fuse ODG, D Black, MzVee, and Camidoh.
Currently, his newly released album ‘Iron Boy’ is dominating music charts across platforms, further cementing his status as one of Africa’s most influential young artists.
