Hon. Baah Agyeman hails new aura in the country

Date:

Hon. Kwadwo Baah Agyeman, former board chair of the National Sports Authority (NSA) and member of the New Patriotic Party, has acknowledged a vibrant new sense of aura in the country.

The former Member of Parliament for Asante Akyem whose party was booted out of power by the majority of Ghanaians in favour of the National Democratic Congress (NDC) in December 2024’s general polls.

Reflecting on the newly found form of the Black Stars of Ghana, Hon. Agyeman shared in the thoughts of many expectant Ghanaians of positive changes in the country.

“There’s a new feeling in town. We must be frank with ourselves. After the elections, things started changing. Everyone wants to make a mark, so I think there has been a lot of changes,” he said on the Sports Pack show on Max FM.

The Ghana Football Association (GFA) rang significant changes to the technical team and management committee of the Black Stars following the shambolic display during the 2025 Africa Cup of Nations qualifiers.

These changes seem to have a huge positive effect on the Black Stars. Kurt Okraku, president of the GFA, agreed with the returning president of Ghana, John Dramani Mahama’s call for the need to reset the country.
