Ghana Premier League side Hearts of Oak have issued a statement to authentically investigate an allegation of match-fixing leveled against some players of the club in some specific matches the club lost in the ongoing BETPAWA league.
Kumasi-based broadcast journalist Wisdom Osei Bonsu has claimed some players of the former African champions have played matches of convenience in recent Ghana Premier League games.
According to the club, they are encouraging the journalist to come forward with evidence to help them investigate the allegations.
