Nsoatreman FC head coach Yaw Preko is under immense pressure as the team struggles in the Ghana Premier League.
Currently 15th on the table with 15 points from 16 matches, the club’s poor performance, coupled with an early FA Cup exit as defending champions, has left fans disillusioned.
Tensions escalated dramatically on Wednesday when angry fans stormed the training grounds in a “Rambo-style” protest, demanding Preko’s removal. Although management intervened to restore calm, allowing him to lead the session, concerns about his safety persist.
Club spokesperson Jewel Gyempeh told MAX Sports Pack that Preko has been given a one-match ultimatum against Karela. If the team fails to win, management will make a final decision on his future.
With the ultimatum looming, Preko’s position hangs by a thread, and the match against Karela could seal his fate.
