Nebojsa Kapor, head coach of Medeama SC, will be holding no prisoners when his side takes on Aboubakar Ouattara’s Hearts of Oak on Friday, November 1.
The 2023-24 winners of the Ghana Premier League Medeama Sporting Club will welcome the inconsistent Accra Hearts of Oak to the Tarkwa TnA Stadium for the matchweek nine of the 2024-25 Ghana Premier League.
Medeama will move joint top of the league should the current leaders, Bibiani Gold Stars, lose against bottom-placed Dreams FC.
Ahead of the game, Kapo insisted the plight of Hearts is not their cup of tea, as their only aim is to claim maximum points.
“This is an excellent match for us, and like I said, I’m very happy because of this. We are preparing always like they are the best because they really have good players. Their problem is not my problem because I don’t deal with other teams, but we should prepare our team well,” Kapor said in an interview with his club’s Medeama SC.
In the other game of the night, Accra Lions will take on the defending league champions FC Samartex at the University of Ghana Sports Stadium.
