GES Release 2025 SHS Placement

The Ghana Education Service (GES) has announced the official release of the 2025 senior high school placement.

Admitted students are to report to their schools from October 18, 2025, according to a circular dated September 17, 2025, addressed to all regional directors of education and signed by the acting Deputy Director-General of the GES.

In the letter, the regional directors of education were informed that the 2025 Computerized School Selection and Placement System (CSSPS) results have been released.

Students have been advised to strictly follow the placement list generated by the CSSPS Secretariat and that no school is permitted to admit students outside the official placement without prior written approval from GES.

It asked heads of schools to ensure that registration is conducted smoothly and in accordance with the guidelines provided.
and that any infraction, including unauthorized admissions, will attract the necessary administrative sanctions.
