The Ghana Police Service has taken into their possession four suspects of a robbery attack.

In connection with a robbery attack that occurred on February 22, 2026, the police arrested the suspects in Fomena.

The victim of the attack, an Okada rider, who was left with a machete wound, reported the incident to the Fomena Police Station.

According to the victim, he was ambushed by a group of about ten tricycle riders who had barricaded the road while returning from Old Ayaase after a drop-off.

The suspects captured are Adom Peter, Abdul Zakari, Andy Benjamin, and a juvenile, whose name has been withheld by the police.

The victim’s Haojin motorbike was retrieved along with a machine, a tricycle, and the bike’s ignition keys.
