The final squad of the Black Princesses of Ghana for the FIFA U-20 Women’s World Cup in Columbia has been released by head coach, Yusif Bassigi.
Stella Nyamekye makes her return to lead Ghana, as former Faith Ladies’ strike Mafia Nyame, Salamatu Abdulai, and Ampem Darkoa’s Mary Amponsah have been tasked with hunting for goals.
Newcomers, Emefa Tay and Kayla Sapong made the squad, but Persis Oteng and Princess Owusu unfortunately missed out.
The Black Princesses will kick off their campaign against Austria at the Estadio El Techo in Bogota at 8 p.m. on September 2.
