Dreams Football Club laments the recent Nsoatre violence in the Ghanaian Premier League.
The 2022-23 MTN FA Cup winners condemned the acts of violence, which took place at the Nana Kronamansah Park on Sunday, February 2, 2025.
The eruption of violence and confusion led to the death of a popular supporter of Asante Kotoko known to be called Nana Pooley.
Dreams FC asserted the violence proves a dire need for a review of security and safety protocols in football matches in Ghana.
The club, therefore, urged football supporters and sympathisers, with respect and pride, to celebrate their respective teams to “ensure that football remains beautiful.”
