Mas-Ud Didi Dramani was shockingly dismissed as head coach of Accra Hearts of Oak on Tuesday, May 26, 2026.

Many fans of the club on social media made their feelings known to the club following the announcement of Didi Dramani’s departure.

A common theory by football experts and fans depict a friction between the highly qualified coach and owner of the club, Togbe Afede XIV.

Didi Dramani was not sacked because of any misunderstanding with Togbe Afede – Hearts Communication Director, Opare Addo, denied such reports to Max FM’s Nana Darkwa Gyasi.

Opare Addo further dispelled rumors about Didi Dramani sacked without him turning in his end-of-season technical report to the club’s board.

Hearts, in due course, announce its new technical direction.
