2025/26 Ghana Premier League Matchweek 7 Results

Date:

Medeama SC retain the top spot on the 2025/26 Ghana Premier League (GPL) standings at the end of matchweek seven.

Ghanaian international Mamudu Kamaradini fired home the only goal of the game in the 73rd minute as one-time league winners Medeama defeated Swedru All Blacks 1-0 in Tarkwa.

Still unbeaten in the league, Hearts of Oak held the reigning champions, Bibiani Goldstars, to a 2-2 draw at the Accra Sports Stadium on Sunday, October 26, 2025.

George Paaku’s header ensured Hearts shared the spoils with Goldstars after a double from Samuel Atta Kumi had cancelled Mawuli Wayo’s opener and given the visitors a 1-2 lead.

Cioba Aristica is doing a wonderful job with Aduana Stars as they continued their winning ways against Dreams FC on Saturday, October 25, at the Dormaa Ahenkro Park.

Ben Sidibe’s late tap-in for Aduana Stars has got fans dreaming of another league title, as they are just a point behind league leaders Medeama SC.

The pride of Kpando, Heart of Lions, displayed a scintillating performance in their 3-0 win over Basake Holy Stars in front of their die-hard fans on Friday afternoon.

Kwadwo Obeng Junior, Michael Ephson, and Anthony Owusu scored the goals for the home team at the Kpando stadium.

In what turned out to be a blockbuster of a match at the Dr Kwame Kyei Sports Stadium on Sunday, Frank Awere and Daniel Lomotey’s goals were not enough as Karela United succumbed to a defeat to Nations FC.

Emmanuel Annor scored the league’s first hat-trick for Nations FC, who ended up sacking its head coach and assistant coach at the end of the game.
