Fiorentina manager Fabio Grosso has paid the price for a disastrous start to the season.
The Italian legend was officially sacked by Fiorentina this Sunday, September 6, after just three matchdays in Serie A.
Fiorentina decided to part ways with Fabio Grosso following a completely disappointing start to the league campaign.
The Tuscan club officially announced his departure in a statement published on Sunday: “ACF Fiorentina announces that Fabio Grosso has been relieved, as of today, of his duties as head coach of the men’s first team.”
The Italian manager therefore leaves the Fiorentina bench after just three league games.
Fiorentina lost all three matches, leaving them with zero points, nine goals conceded and just one goal scored.
