Hypeman, OgeeTheMc, says the absence of Afro dancehall artiste Stonebwoy from the Rapperholic concert hosted by Sarkodie and Angel Town was not done based on malice.
According to him, Stonebwoy was out of the country a day before the event.
OgeeTheMc said this during an exclusive interview on the Max Morning Show in Accra on Thursday.
“I feel like there’s a whole misunderstanding, and that whole agenda thing on social media makes people not even know that there’s a good healthy relationship between Stonebwoy and Sarkodie’s camp. People might not know that I have hosted rapperholic five times back in the days,” he said.
OgeeTheMc explained that this year’s rapperholic coincided with the date of Stonebwoy’s gig in London.
Even Stonebwoy left the country a day before the show. He was going to Tottenham. The whole agreement for his song-signing deal with the Kudus team was for him to be at the stadium to watch Kudus’ live match. So, I believe if Stone was in the country, he would have loved to be there at the show,” he stated.
OgeeTheMc maintained that Stonebwoy had a good, healthy relationship with Sarkodie and his team and would never have abandoned an important show like Rapperholic if he was in the country.
