Arsenal legend reacts to death of Ex. Super Eagles goalie Peter Rufai

Former Nigeria international, Kanu Nwankwo has reacted to the death of former Super Eagles goalkeeper, Peter Rufai.

Rufai died on Thursday after a prolonged sickness on the same day, Jota died alongside his brother Andre in a car accident in Spain.

“A dark day in football today. We lost an African Legend, Peter Rufai. May his soul rest well, Amen,” Kanu wrote on X.

“Hard to post this may your spirit continue to inspire all of us and future generations RIP condolences to your family.”
